The first training courses organized by the Authority for its employees in the Quality Management System and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 started this morning at the sub-office headquarters in the Ras Hassan area, with the aim of enhancing their capabilities in the field of quality and institutional accreditation.
These training courses come as a continuation of the Authority’s efforts to consolidate the concepts of the Quality Management System, which reflects on the quality of service and raises the level of performance.
35 employees are participating in this course, which will last for three consecutive days.
The training course, conducted by a group of quality experts, revolves around the topic of the Quality Management System, its performance, importance, as well as familiarizing the trainees with the modern applications in this field.
