The Chairman of the General Authority for Information, Engineer Abdul Basit Salem Al-Baour, held a broad meeting today with several directors, department heads, units, and a group of specialized engineers at the authority to follow up on the latest technical developments related to the launch of the open government data platforms and government reports. During the meeting, the progress of work on the open government data platforms and government reports, which are expected to be launched experimentally at the beginning of next month, was reviewed, along with their readiness. The meeting also discussed the operational mechanisms for the two platforms, their executive plan, and the timeline for transitioning from experimental launch to full operation. The Chairman praised the efforts and performance of the human resources working in the authority, emphasizing the importance of continuing to work as a cohesive team to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence, and to achieve the authority’s goals in providing high-quality technical services.
