The General Authority for Information organized, over the past two days, a specialized training course on internal quality auditing, aimed at enhancing the skills of its employees and developing their capabilities in the field of quality assurance. Several employees from various departments participated in the course, as part of the authority’s efforts to instill a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best international practices. The course, presented by experts specialized in quality management systems, focused on key areas including: an introduction to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, methods for planning and conducting internal audits, as well as how to prepare effective audit reports and provide the necessary recommendations for performance improvement.
In this context, Engineer Munir Mohammed Al-Adl, Director of Planning and Projects and member of the Higher Committee for Quality, confirmed that these courses are part of the strategic plan of the authority to qualify human resources, pointing out that the internal auditor is a fundamental pillar to ensure the continuity of quality processes and improve the level of services provided by the authority. He added that this course represents an important step towards enhancing the culture of institutional quality, and contributes to better preparing the authority for external audit processes, reflecting its continuous commitment to quality and excellence.
