The committee, formed according to the decision of the head of the Authority No. 84-2023, regarding the development of the executive strategic plan for the General Information Authority for the years 2024-2025, held its fourth meeting yesterday, Thursday, November 24, 2023.
The meeting was chaired by the Technical Affairs Advisor, Engineer Mahmoud Al Khawja, and in the presence of Engineer Saber Abdelhamid, Director of the Digital Transformation and Electronic Services Department, Mr. Nader Mleitan, Director of the National Database Department, Engineer Munir Al Adel, Director of the Planning and Projects Department, Engineer Adel Al Tommy, Director of the Experts Office, and Engineer Mohammed Al Qambari, the committee’s secretary.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Committee, Engineer Mahmoud Al Khawja, presented a PowerPoint presentation on the work context of the Authority and the results of analyzing the internal and external environment. The details of the presentation, challenges, committee’s work, and its findings were discussed. The Authority’s projects and targets were reviewed, and a preliminary proposal for the axes of the executive plan for the years 2024-2025 was developed to serve as a roadmap. This plan will be finalized, issued, and then approved by the head of the Authority during December of the current year.
