Within the project of implementing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, by the Authority, and under the direct supervision of Mr. Abdelbaset Al-Baour, the head of the Authority, the High Quality Committee, and as a continuation of the outputs of the workshops held by the Authority for the first and second tier leaders during the past period regarding the specification requirements, their applications, and risk-based planning, meetings and gatherings are ongoing between departments, offices, and teams. Yesterday, Sunday, November 19, 2023, Engineer Munir Al-Adel, Director of Planning and Projects Management Department and Secretary of the High Quality Committee at the Authority, met with the department’s employees, explaining the pivotal role played by the Planning and Projects Management Department at the Authority in providing technical support regarding the implementation of specification requirements, work mechanism, and communication plan with the Authority’s leadership according to the practical application of the axes presented in the discussion, including reviewing the organizational structure and the department’s functions and their distribution among sections and units, determining internal and external issues and the work context of the department, as well as conducting job description and specification for all administrative organizations and job titles in the department in accordance with its internal organization decision No. 759 of 2021. Furthermore, team meetings within the Authority are taking place in order to implement the specification with a team spirit and towards achieving the strategic objectives of the Authority.
