Today, Sunday, the General Information Authority participated in a workshop organized by the General Authority for Communications and Informatics at its headquarters on Al-Zawiya Street, titled ‘The Future Vision for Data and Cloud Computing Services.’ This participation comes within the framework of supporting the national communications strategy aimed at developing the digital infrastructure in Libya.
Representing the Authority at this technical event were Engineer Ayoub Al-Shweikh, Director of the National Information System Department, and Engineer Hussam Al-Rabti, who delivered a detailed visual presentation discussing ‘Government Data Governance Policies,’ highlighting the consideration of data as a strategic resource and promising capital, primarily aimed at improving citizens’ lives and enhancing their well-being through informed decisions based on documented facts.
