Today, Thursday, the General Information Authority concluded a specialized training course on ((building national capacities for data specialists)) organized by the Authority over a period of five days, targeting a number of employees in sectoral information and documentation centers.
The course, which was held under the supervision of a group of specialized engineers from the authority, focused on providing participants with advanced skills in data governance standards and maximizing its potential as one of the most important strategic national assets.
This course comes within a series of training courses planned by the authority to build national competencies and enable them to increase their contribution to the implementation of the policies and strategies that the authority is working to implement, on which data governance is the basis on which it relies.
It is worth noting that the Authority has recently launched comprehensive policies and strategies in the areas of (the national guide for government data, the national policy for data governance, and the government digital transformation strategy in the State of Libya).
